Extraction of gas in Kazakhstan decreased 1.1 percent from January to November to 6.5 bln cubic meters

/IRBIS, Dec.08, 99/ - PRIME-TASS informs, with the reference to the source in the ministry of energy, industry and trade, that extraction of gas in Kazakhstan amounted to 6 bln 464.21 mln cubic meters from January to November, or 98.9 percent of the planned amount. In November 720.26 mln cubic meters of gas /108.8 percent/ was produced in the country. In November 118.97 mln cubic meters of gas /94.7 percent/ were produced by the enterprises of the national oil and gas company "Kazakhoil", and from January to November they produced 1 bln 338.47 mln cubic meters /97.6 percent/. Joint venture TengizChevroil produced 149.77 mln cubic meters of gas /110.5 percent/ in November, and 1 bln 478.53 mln cubic meters /101.2 percent/ in eleven months of this year. Remaining gas producers of the country accounted for 451.52 mln cubic meters of gas /112.6 percent/, and 3 bln 679.51 mln cubic meters /98.5 percent/, respectively.
