/KASE, January 10, 14/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated December 26, 2013, the
following bonds of Eurasian Bank (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt
Securities category of KASE official list:
- KZP05Y08D258 (KZ2C00002467, EUBNb12, KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; January 10, 2014 –
January 10, 2022, semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR, 30/360);
- KZP06Y10D252 (KZ2C00002475, EUBNb13, KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; January 10, 2014 –
January 10, 2024, semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR, 30/360).
This Listing Commission decision is effective as of January 10, 2014 since the
issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE-based trading in these bonds will be announced additionally.
Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the mentioned
bonds.
The mentioned bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) EUBNb12 and
EUBNb13 accordingly.
