OJSC "Bank CenterCredit" (Kazakhstan) presented KASE information on events in bank's life in last four months

/IRBIS, Dec.07, 99/ - OJSC "Bank CenterCredit" (Almaty, KASE official list of securities, category "A") presented Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) information on events in bank's life in last four months. In August OJSC "Bank CenterCredit", according to the resolution of the Board of the bank, dated August 20, 1999, joined in the founders of CJSC OAPF "Narodnyi pensionnyi fond" (portion in the authorized capital is 9%) and ULE "Assotsiatsiya finansistov Kazakhstana" (portion in the authorized capital is 16.6%). In October OJSC "Bank CenterCredit" bought 50% stake in authorized capital of LLP "KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT Ltd." - a professional participant of the stock market, according to the resolution of the Board of the bank, dated October 20, 1999 and the consent, received from the National securities commission of Kazakhstan, to contribute to the authorized capital of that company. On November 12, 1999, "Bank Watch" rating agency confirmed earlier granted ratings to OJSC "Bank CenterCredit": country's internal - IC-D, short term (local currency) - LC-5, long term - B. On November 26, 1999, a special general meeting of OJSC "Bank CenterCredit" shareholders was held, where the decision was made to augment the announced authorized capital up to 1 bln tenge (currently at 1,063,339,000 tenge - comm. IRBIS). Common inscribed shares of OJSC "Bank CenterCredit" are traded in "Non- listing securities" sector of KASE with the second level of admittance from June 28, 1999. On August 13, 1999 they were entered into the official list of KASE after passing the listing procedures.
