From December 7 shares of OJSC "Aziafinansbank" (Kazakhstan) on non- listing trade floor of KASE

/IRBIS, Dec.7, 99/ - Based on an application of the trade member of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), common (trade code - AZFB) shares of OJSC "Aziafinansbank" (Shymkent) are going to be traded in "Non-listing securities" sector with the second level of admittance from December 7. Announced authorized capital of OJSC "Aziafinansbank" is 500,000,000 tenge. The bank had three issues of its common inscribed shares with par values of 1,000 tenge. All shares have a single NIN - KZ1C36352119. First issue of OJSC "Aziafinansbank" shares for a total of 38,000,000 tenge (with authorized capital of 38,000,000 tenge) was registered on November 21, 1996 and it is consisted of 38,000 common inscribed shares. Report on issue and placement results of the first issue was approved on January 14, 1998. Second issue of shares for a total of 82,000,000 tenge (with authorized capital of 120,000,000 tenge) was registered on October 29, 1998 and it is consisted of 82,000 common inscribed shares. Report on issue and placement results of the second issue of the bank's shares was approved on January 14, 1998. Third issue of shares for a total of 380,000,000 tenge (with authorized capital of 500,000,000 tenge) was registered on August 11, 1999 and it is consisted of 380,000 common inscribed shares. Report on issue and placement results of this issue was not approved.
