Bonds KZP01Y05E590 (KZ2C00002483, KTGAb1) of KazTransGas Aimak (Kazakhstan) admitted to KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, December 26, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated December 26, 2013, bonds KZP01Y05E590 (KZ2C00002483; KZT1,000, KZT12,409,636.0 th.; 5 years, semi-annual coupon 7.50 % p.a., 30/360) of KazTransGas Aimak (Astana) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the first one under the first bond program of KazTransGas Aimak registered by Committee on Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on December 19, 2013 to the total amount of KZT50.0 bn. ASYL-INVEST (Almaty) is the underwriter for these bonds. BCC Invest - subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) KTGAb1. Main activities of KazTransGas Aimak are purchase, storage, transportation through pipelines of natural gas, as well as its marketing in Kazakhstan.
