Bonds KZP05Y08D258 (KZ2C00002467, EUBNb12) and KZP06Y10D252 (KZ2C00002475, EUBNb13) of Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) admitted to KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, December 26, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated December 26, 2013, the following bonds of Eurasian Bank (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list: - KZP05Y08D258 (KZ2C00002467, KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; 8 years, semi-annual coupon 9.00 % p.a., 30/360); - KZP06Y10D252 (KZ2C00002475, KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon 9.00 % p.a., 30/360). The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2 item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issues of the mentioned bonds are the fifth and sixth ones under the second bond program of Eurasian Bank registered by Committee on Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on October 15, 2013 to the total amount of KZT100.0 bn, and accordingly the twelfth and thirteenth issues of the said issuer's "internal" bonds admitted to KASE official listing. Eurasian Capital (Almaty) is the underwriter of the said bonds. Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) EUBNb12 and EUBNb13 accordingly.
