/KASE, December 26, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of December 27, 2013 ordinary shares GB00B29BCK10 (GB_ENRC) of EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC (ENRC, United Kingdom) are removed from KASE official list at request of their issuer. In KASE conclusion of December 20, 2013 it is pointed out that KASE received from EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC the following documents: - an application of December 18, 2013 for deliberate delisting of the mentioned shares; - an extract from the minutes of the general meeting of EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC shareholders on December 18, 2013, where a decision on deliberate delisting of the mentioned shares was taken. According to the extract, the decision to deliberately remove the mentioned shares from KASE official list was backed by shareholders holding 99.14 % of the total number of voting shares of EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC. Based on the abovementioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) item 1 article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares were delisted. The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's "A" category as of April 3, 2008, and as of December 21, 2011 they were transferred into the first category. From November 29, 2013 – into the third category of KASE official list. Trade in them opened as of April 7, 2008. During their circulation on KASE prices of deals in them concluded by open trade methods varied from KZT350.01 to KZT3,750.00 per share. [2013-12-26]
