/KASE, December 11, 13/ – ДSubsidiary Bank Home Credit & Finance Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided today to KASE the following press release: quotation SB Bank Home Credit (hereinafter – the Bank) announced results of the first offering of own tenge bonds – KZP01Y03E546, ticker HCBNb1, coupon – 8.5% APR, maturity date – November 5, 2016. On December 5 and 6, 2013, on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) were successfully held special trades to offer the Bank bonds. At trades the Bank planned to offer to the nominal volume KZT7 bn. Bu results of two auctions the total order book made up KZT7.7 bn, and the Bank decided to offer the entire volume of submitted orders with their yield to maturity not more than 9.5% APR.
