/KASE, November 27, 13/ – Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty), bonds of which
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE
the copies of changes and additions to the issue prospectus of bonds
KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list buffer category, DTJLb1;
KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 05 – August 2, 28, annual coupon indexed
at inflation rate, 6.35 % APR for the current coupon period, 30/360) and
securities government registration certificate of November 19, 2013,
which replaces earlier issued.
According to the documents:
- the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and
Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(FSC NBK) registered changes and additions to the mentioned bonds issue
prospectus;
- the certificate was replaced due to the change of Doszhan Temir Zholy
(DTZ) location;
- the mentioned bonds issue is included to the State Serial Securities Register
under number В67.
