Issue of OJSC "Shymkent Oktan" (Kazakhstan) considered valid

/IRBIS, Nov.24, 99/ - By the resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) #488 of November 15, 1999 OJSC "Shymkent Oktan" has been removed from the list of joint stock companies, whose issues have been cancelled because they did not presented their securities issue and offering reports within a legally specified time period. The decision of the NSC is based on the documents presented by OJSC "Shymkent Oktan", which prove the registration of issue and offering reports of the first share issue with Justice department of South Kazakhstan region on January 11, 1998.
