/KASE, November 18, 13/ – JSC "Samruk-Energy" (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a notice from the Committee on Control and Supervision of Financial
Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated August 28, 2013.
According to the document presented, the FSC NBK approved the report on results
of the offering of bonds KZ2C0Y03E334 (KZ2C00001873, KASE official list, Rated
Debt Securities category, SNRGb1; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; November 12, 2012 –
November 12, 2015, semi-annual coupon 6.00 % p.a., 30/360) of
JSC "Samruk-Energy".
According to the FSC NBK, as of June 12, 2013 all of the mentioned bonds were
outstanding.
