/KASE, November 7, 13/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board dated November 4, 2013
ordinary stocks US0605051046 of Bank of America Corporation (Charlotte, USA)
were included in the second category of KASE official list.
This KASE Management Board decision became effective as of November 7, 2013
after the mentioned issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these shares will be announced additionally.
The Bank of New York Mellon (New-York, USA) is the registrar of Bank of America
Corporation.
The said shares have been assigned abbreviation (trade code) US_BAC_.
