/KASE, November 4, 13/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated October 31, 2013,
bonds KZP02Y05С980 (KZ2C00002434; KZT1,000, KZT4.5 bn; November 4, 2013 –
November 4, 2018, semi-annual coupon 7.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank
Alfa-Bank (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE
official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective from November 4, 2013 due to the
issuer fulfilling terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
BCC Invest" – subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the
representative holders of the said bonds.
The said bonds have been assigned abbreviation (trading code) ALBNb3.
