Listing commission on October 31 accepted action plan of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) to remove reasons for transfer of bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, DTJLb1) into buffer category of KASE official list

/KASE, November 1, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of October 31, 2013, the action plan to remove the reasons for transfer of bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, DTJLb1; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 2005 – August 2, 2028, annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 6.35 % p.a. for the current coupon period, 30/360) of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty) into buffer category of KASE official list was accepted. In KASE conclusion of October 23, 2013 it is said, that in August 2013 Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) committed a partial default on payment of interest due for the eighth coupon period (from August 2, 2012 to August 1, 2013) on the said bonds. In accordance with item 13-5 of Appendix No. 04.2-09/119 to the Order of the Chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On Setting out of requirements for issuers whose securities are supposed to be included or have been included in the list of the special trading platform of the regional financial center of Almaty, as well as for such securities" dated May 8, 2008 Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) on September 26, 2013 provided KASE with an action plan to remove the reasons for transfer of its securities into buffer category of KASE official list. In accordance with sub-item 2) item 13-1 of the said Appendix the issue of approval of the said decision of the Listing commission will be considered at a meeting of KASE Board of Directors.
