/KASE, October 31, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated October 31, 2013 common shares KZ1C41360013 (ISIN – KZ1C00000942) of Temirtau electro-metallurgy plant (Karagandy region) have been included in the third category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of securities of October 21, 2013 the issue of authorized shares of Temirtau electro-metallurgy plant was divided in 12,100,000 common shares, which were assigned NIN KZ1C41360013.
