Bonds KZP02Y05С980 (KZ2C00002434, ALBNb3) of SB Alfa-Bank (Kazakhstan) admitted to KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, October 31, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated October 31, 2013, bonds KZP02Y05С980 (KZ2C00002434; KZT1,000, KZT4.5 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon 7.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Subsidiary bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the second one under the first bond program of Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank registered by the Committee on Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 20, 2008 to the total amount of KZT12.0 bn and the third issue of the mentioned issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent listing on KASE. BCC Invest" – subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) ALBNb3.
