/KASE, October 29, 13/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated September 13, 2013,
consent was given to inclusion of international bonds XS0986204609, US48581BAA98
(CSBNe2; October 29, 2013 – October 28, 2016, 30/360) of Kaspi Bank (Almaty) in
the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list.
This Listing Commission decision is effective from October 29, 2013 due to the
issuer fulfilling terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
J.P. Morgan Securities plc and VTB Capital plc are lead managers.
The registrar of the said bond issue is Citigroup Global Capital Markets
Deutschland AG (Frankfurt).
The said bonds have been assigned abbreviation (trading code) CSBNe2.
