/IRBIS, Nov.11, 99/ - Press service of the National Bank of Kazakhstan has informed about decrease since November 10 the National Bank refinancing rate from 20 to 18% p.a. It is spoken in the press release of the Bank: "Taking into account dynamics of the financial market condition, changes in credits supply and demand, inflation rate dynamics and with the purpose of orientation of the banks of the second tier on the credits rates decrease, since November 10, 1999 the refinancing rate is established at 18% p.a.".
