By a special resolution NSC of Kazakhstan allowed shares of three Kyrgyz companies to circulate on the territory of Kazakhstan

/IRBIS, Nov.10, 99/ - The National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC), after examining KASE request of October 1, 1999, by its resolution #470 of October 29, 1999 allowed common inscribed shares of following companies of Kyrgyzstan to circulate on the territory of Kazakhstan: - OJSC "Kyrgyztelecom" (105,402,410 shares with 5.8823 som par value, total par value is 620,008,596.343 soms); - JSC "Kyrgyzenergo" (971,114,001 shares with 7.6923 som par value, total par value is 7,470,100,229.8923 soms); - JSC "Kantskii tsementno-shifernyi kombinat" (10 266 600 shares with 8.0645 som par value, total par value is 82,794,995.7 soms). Pursuant to the resolution, Kazakhstan stock exchange will be granted with permission of form 1 to the Regulation on admittance to the circulation the securities of foreign emitters on the territory of Kazakhstan, approved by the resolution of NSC #53 of May 17, 96. It is also stated in the resolution that abovementioned shares keep registration numbers assigned by the National stock market commission under the president of Kyrgyzstan while circulating on the territory of Kazakhstan. The shares were entered into the State register of Kazakhstan.
