The second issue of OJSC "Abidbank" securities has been suspended

/IRBIS, Nov.10, 99/ - The National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) has suspended the second issue of OJSC "Abidbank" securities by its resolution #475 of November 6, 1999. The decision of NSC was based upon the appeal of the chairman of OJSC "Abidbank" supervisory board, and also the decision of Medeu regional court of Almaty, dated November 4, 1999 to declare the issue mentioned above invalid. The issue has been suspended until the court's final judgement, is said in the resolution of NSC.
