CENTRE-SOFT LTD (Kazakhstan) is excluded from KASE members

/IRBIS, Nov.09, 99/ - By the today's decision of the Council) KASE CENTRE- SOFT Ltd. is excluded from the Exchange members. The decision is accepted in connection with the withdrawal of the company's license #20030008 given on October 14, 1996 for the broker and dealer activity on the stock market without the book keeping. IRBIS has informed earlier, that by the decision #113 of September 22, 1999 the Board KASE has discharged since September 22, 1999 CENTRE-SOFT LTD, from participation in exchange securities trades and has realized from the membership payment since October 01, 1999 in connection with the membership non-payment since April till September, 1999. By the decree of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) #436 dated September 27, 1999 the license of CENTRE-SOFT Ltd. was suspended for term till 30 days. The decision was accepted in connection with infringement of the following requests: - sixth parts, point 26 of Rule of broker and dealer activity on a capital market licensing, authorized by the decree #293 of the Government of Kazakhstan of March 04, 1997; - point 50 of Rules of broker and dealer activity on a capital market of Kazakhstan authorized by the NSC decree #20, dated December 31, 1998; - subitem 2 of point 4 of Instruction about order of payments and application of criteria (normative) of financial stability of organizations, which are carrying out the broker and dealer activity on the stock market, authorized by the NSC decree #17 of November 25, 1998, on the basis of point 3, article 26 of the Law of Kazakhstan "About a stock market" dated March 05, 1997. On October 29, 1999 by the NSC Decree #467 license of CENTRE-SOFT Ltd. was withdrawn in connection with non-elimination of the suspending reasons.
