October 27, 1999 one PAMC buys GDR has bought 35,000 shares of JSC SHNOS at the price of 797.50 tenge per receipt, that at an average weighted market dollar rate on transaction date is equal to $5.68). The sum of the transaction has made 27,912,500,00 tenge. According to REUTERS at the Berlin and Frankfurt stock exchanges on October 27 GDR SHNOS were quoted at a level of EUR3.10 for one receipt, that corresponds to $3.26 at the rate of Euro against USD in the FOREX on October 27.
