Fourth issue of shares of JSC "GASPROMBANK" (Kazakhstan) is suspended

/IRBIS, Nov.04, 99/ - Resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) #456 of October 29, 1999 suspends the issue of company's shares. The 160 million tenges issue #A3237-3 was registered on May 18, 1998. The decision was accepted in connection with revelation of the doubtful data in the Gazprombank report about the issue and shares placement results. It is spoken in the decree, that the issue is suspended before reception of results of the report repeated examination from the National Bank of Kazakhstan. In connection with issue suspension, NSC has withdrawn the emitter's statement about the affirmation of the report concerning the fourth shares issue placement. Also the personal account activity in the register of Gazprombank shares of fourth issue holders is suspended.
