NSC of Kazakhstan has ratified some KASE internal normative documents in a new edition

/IRBIS, Nov.03, 99/ - Management of the National Securities Commission of
Kazakhstan (NSC) by the decree #462 of October 26, 1999 has ratified
some KASE internal normative documents in a new redaction.
The changes and additions are introduced in the Rules of exchange trade
on the basis of:
- rules of organizers of securities trades, which were authorized by the
NSC decree #19 from December 23, 1998;
- NSC decree #28 of April 09, 1999.
A list of concepts from a general part of the rules is extended; the order of
distribution of KASE's information is regulated; the cases of obligatory
trades canceling are established.
The concept "Initiator of the admission" is entered into the Listing Rule. The
list of securities admitted to trade without a listing procedure is
complemented. According to the Rules of the organizers of securities trades,
the requirements to the KASE-listed companies are specified.
The reason of a delisting are extended. Henceforth delisting will be made in
cases:
- recognition of issue as not holding;
- if annual volume of trades in the shares is smaller, than 0.5% from the
sum of issue;
- absence of market makers.
The order of a voluntary delisting is reconsidered. The order of a listing
commission formation by is simplified. The order of the first trades opening
is reconsidered.
