/KASE, September 13, 13/ – Halyk-Kazakhinstrakh subsidiary insurance company
of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of
concluding non-arm's length deals.
