Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, September 11, 13/ – Eurasian Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "according to Resolution of September 5, 2013 of the Committee on Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan an officer of the Bank was drawn to administrative responsibility in the form of a penalty for the violation stipulated by part 1 of article 168-2 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code, i.e. provision by the Bank of reports not containing data whose provision is required in accordance with the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
