The spreads rose towards to the day ending. Their average day value is 18 points, which is a little more than on Thursday. There is an impression, that there is some uncertainty concerning further dollar rate change on the market. It has become obvious today, that the of five billion tenges which were receipted through the State Securities (SS) redemption did not caused the dollar rate rise and the increased demand was satisfied under the low prices. At the same time, judge by volumes of drawing in the primary SS market, there was no significant inflow of money in this market sector. At the last in this week indexed note-35 placement the National Bank attracted only $467,000. About 3.5 billion tenges have remained on the investors' accounts and were not involved. The forecast on Monday is inconsistent. The exchange market behaves as if nobody trusts in dollar growth in the near future. Despite of all factors favorable to the dollar strengthening, there were no essential growth of the dollar rate today. The IRBIS's forecast on Monday: the equilibrium dollar market on KASE with insignificant rate fluctuations.
