NSC OF KAZAKHSTAN HAS RECOGNIZED ACTIVITY OF THE TRANSFER AGENTS IN THE SECURITIES MARKET AS PROFESSIONAL AND LICENSING REQUIRING

/IRBIS, Oct.29, 99/ - The National Securities Comission (NSC) by the decree #43 dated September 30, 1999 has recognized a services rendering activity of transfer agents on a capital market as professional and licensing requiring. The decree was registered by the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan on Ot.28, 99. According to the decree, the licensing and supervision Department of NSC before December 01, 1999 should develop the Rules of services rendering by transfer agents on a capital market, and also the Rules of licensing of that activity. The transfer agents mainly involved in processing, reception and transfer of the orders for securities transferring.
