Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, September 2, 13/ – Eurasian Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "according to Resolution of Almaty special inter-district court of August 16, 2013 the Bank was drawn to administrative responsibility for the administrative violation stipulated by part 4 article 179 of the Administrative Violations Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan taking the form of accounting contrary to requirements set by Kazakhstan's laws on accounting and financial statements leading to corruption of financials statements".
