FSC NBK takes into consideration the information on non-placement of Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) bonds KZP04Y10C614 (KZ2C00001204, EUBNb7) on January 21 - July 20, 2013

/KASE, August 28, 13/ – Eurasian Bank (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of letter of the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of August 22, 2012, according to which FSC NBK "having considered notice # 54-002/18794 of August 1, 2012 on non-placement of coupon bonds of the fourth issue issued within Eurasian Bank first bond program, into consideration the information that from January 21 to July 20, 2013 the mentioned bonds have not been placed". According to the FSC NBK information as of July 20, 2013, 34,043,400 bonds are not placed. The mentioned bonds (KZP04Y10C614, KZ2C00001204, EUBNb7; KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; January 21, 09 – January 21, 19; inflation rate indexed semi-annual coupon, 6.50 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360) have been admitted to KASE Rated Debt Securities category.
