Additional placement of notes-28 at 98.82 (15.52% APR)

/IRBIS, Oct.21, 99/ - Today the National Bank of Kazakhstan holds an auction on placement of notes with 28 days of circulation (# 345/n) within a planned volume of 200 mln tenge. Primary dealers and their investors were offered to submit additional applications at 98.82 tenge, which corresponds to 15.52 APR. Compared with previous issue yield of four week notes decreased by 13 percentage points (from 15.66% APR).
