AsiaCredit Bank (Kazakhstan) drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, August 2, 13/ – JSC "AsiaCredit Bank" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on July 30, 2013 the bank received a resolution of Almaly district tax department in Almaty on imposing an administrative sanction in the form of a penalty to the amount of five percent of the amount of executed debiting transactions on bank accounts of a dormant taxpayer, in accordance with part 1 article 217 of the Administrative Violations Code.
