/KASE, July 31, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated July 31, 2013 common shares KZ1C59400016 (ISIN – KZ1C00000967) of JSC "ShalkiyaZinc LTD" (Almaty) have been included in the third category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of securities of April 26, 2013 the issue of authorized shares of JSC "ShalkiyaZinc LTD" was divided in 417,610,000 common shares, which were assigned NIN KZ1C59400016. The issue was entered in the State register of serial securities under No. А5940. JSC "Centras Securities" (Almaty) is the financial advisor of JSC "ShalkiyaZinc LTD". The said shares have been assigned abbreviation (trade code) SHZN. Main activities of JSC "ShalkiyaZinc LTD" include the extraction, production of mineral resources, production of metals and mineral fertilizers, production of zinc for galvanic elements.
