As of August 1 bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, DTJLb1) of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) transferred from buffer category into second subcategory of Non-Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list

/KASE, July 31, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission as of August 1, 2013 bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, DTJLb1; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 2005 – August 2, 2028, annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 5.45 % p.a. for the current coupon period, 30/360) of JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" (Almaty) are transferred from category "buffer category" into the second sub-category of the "Non-Rated Debt Securities" category of KASE official list. In KASE conclusion of July 19, 2013 it is said the reason for the transfer of the mentioned bonds into the buffer category of KASE official list was the default committed by JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" on payment of interest on the mentioned bonds for the seventh coupon period (from August 2, 2011 to August 1, 2012). Due to removal by JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" of reasons for transfer of the mentioned bonds into the buffer category and fulfillment of all requirements set out by Appendix No. 04.2-09/119 to the Order of the Chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On Setting out of requirements for issuers whose securities are supposed to be included or have been included in the list of the special trading platform of the regional financial center of Almaty, as well as for such securities" dated May 8, 2008 and mandatory for compliance for transfer of the mentioned bonds into the second sub-category of the "Non-Rated Debt Securities" category in accordance with item 13-12 of the said appendix the mentioned bonds were transferred into the second sub-category of the "Non-Rated Debt Securities" category of KASE official list. The mentioned bonds were included in category A of KASE official list as of August 7, 2006, and from September 1, 2008 they were transferred into the second sub-category of Non-Rated Debt Securities category.
