/IRBIS, Oct.20, 99/ - The state shares block (SSB) of the of GPA JSC "Kazakhintorg" was sold on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on October 20. Kazakhintorg: Almaty, 13,839 simple registered stocks; 90% of the authorized capital; from Oct.20, 99 - sector "Mass privatization", trade code Z_KZIT, earlier - sector "Non-listing securities", trade code NZ_KZIT; activity - foreign trade of non-state organizations, wholesale trade, intermediary services at consumer goods purchase and sale and other). SSB is sold at the price of 700.00 tenges per share at the nominal price 1,000.00 tenges. A sum of the deal - 9,687,300.00 tenges. The package was introduced on KASE's trades on May 24, 1999. During 73 trades made the demand price has risen from 100.00 tenge to the price of transaction. The supply price till now was absent.
