Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated June 27, 2013
common stocks US14766Q1076 of Caspian Services, Inc. (Salt Lake City)
were included in the third category of KASE official list.
This Listing Commission decision became effective as of July 24, 2013 after the
mentioned issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these shares will be announced additionally.
