FSC NBK takes note of information about shares of Bank CenterCredit (Kazakhstan) not sold from December 15, 2012 to June 15, 2013

/KASE, July 19, 13/ – JSC "Bank CenterCredit" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the Committee on Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated July 9, 2013 according to which the FSC NBK "takes note of the fact that in the period from December 15, 2012 to June 15, 2013 no shares of JSC "Bank CenterCredit" ... were offered". According to information from the FSC NBK as of June 15, 2013 98,293,945 ordinary shares of JSC "Bank CenterCredit" remained unplaced". [2013-07-19]
