/KASE, July 19, 13/ – JSC "Bank CenterCredit" (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a notice from the Committee on Control and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated July 5, 2013.
According to the document provided, the FSC NBK approved the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05D212 (KZ2C00000578, KASE official list,
Rated Debt Securities, CCBNb21; KZT100, KZT8.0 bn; November 27, 2009 –
November 27, 2014, fixed annual coupon 8.00 % p.a., 30/360) of JSC "Bank
CenterCredit".
According to the FSC NBK notice, as of May 28, 2013 20,071,000 of the said
bonds were outstanding.
