FSC NBK takes note of non-placement from November 27, 2012 to May 26, 2013 of Bank CenterCredit (Kazakhstan) bonds KZP03Y15D217 (KZ2C00000594, CCBNb23)

/KASE, July 19, 13/ – JSC "Bank CenterCredit" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated July 5, 2013, saying that the FSC NBK "takes note of non-placement of the third issue bonds under the second bond program of JSC "Bank CenterCredit" during the period from November 27, 2012 to May 26, 2013". According to the FSC NBK, as of May 26, 2013, 100,000,000 of the said bonds remained unplaced. The said bonds (KZP03Y15D217 KZ2C00000594, CCBNb23; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; November 27, 2009 – November 27, 2024; semi-annual coupon 11.00 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360) have been included into KASE official list as Rated Debt Securities.
