Centras Securities Board of Directors decides on termination of IUIT Centras stock fund (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, July 18, 13/ – JSC "Centras Securities" (Almaty), the managing company of the Interval unit investment trust "Centras stock fund" (in the heading – IUIT Centras stock fund), has by an official letter informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of the following: quote According to the minutes of the Board of Directors of JSC "Centras Securities" of July 16, 2013 (…), the Board of Directors took a decision on terminating the Interval unit investment trust "Centras stock fund", in accordance with p.1 article 33 of the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On investment funds", as of July 17, 2013 – due to incompliance of the worth of net assets of IUIT Centras stock fund with the minimum amount of an interval unit investment trust, stipulated by the legislation, and failure to remove the said incompliance within two months from its emergence date. The managing company JSC "Centras Securities" was instructed to carry the procedure of terminating the IUIT Centras stock fund according to the procedure and under terms defined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Rules of the IUIT Centras stock fund.
