/KASE, July 16, 13/ – JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote The Company on July 9, 2013 though its payment agent ATFBank made payment of penalty for the 7th coupon interest for the delayed period from August 16, 2012 to July 3, 2013 for 322 days (for each delay day). Calculation of the penalty amount is carried out based on the official rate of refinancing of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as on the day of execution of the pecuniary liability 5.50% taking into account the actual payment of interest in the period from September 20, 2012 to July 3, 2013.
