Mortgage organization Kazakhstan mortgage company announces stepping up its share capital by KZT14.0 bn to come up to program Affordable home – 2020

/KASE, July 11, 13/ – JSC "Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan mortgage company" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release: quote The share capital of JSC "Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan mortgage company" (hereinafter – JSC "MO "KMC") was increased by KZT14,014,900 th. The amount of equity taking into account the increase makes up KZT30,339,967 th. The capitalization was carried out on account of the state budget for purposes of implementing the program "Affordable home – 2020" along the line "Rented apartments with buyback option". The Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On making changes and additions to the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the republican budget for 2013–2015" provides for dispensing KZT15 bn on increasing the share capital of JSC "MO "KMC" in 2013 for construction and purchase of rented apartments under the program "Affordable home – 2020". The remaining funds to the amount of KZT985,100 th. will be disbursed in the near future. As part of implementing the line "Rented apartments with buyback option", it is planned as of 2014 to commission up to 250 th. sq. m annually and even up to 500 sq. m in years to come.
