The overnight interbank tenge deposits rates contract during the day - especially on demand. The evening's quotation are 18% p.a. (demand) / 28% p.a.(supply). Decrease of the tenge deposits rates, most likely, was caused by State Securities redemption. Considering rather small volume of this redemption, it is necessary to tell, that an opportunity of dollar essential grow on Friday is low. Nevertheless, the interbank market quotations fixed after dinner the tendency of dollar strengthening. By the transactions in the KASE's repo sector, a real cost of money for the bank of the second tier remains high: 12.0% p.a. for four days. Tenge deficiency is obvious for some operators. IRBIS forecast for Friday: opening with high dollar rate and minimum changes of the exchange rate in relation to Thursday's Exchange's average weighted rate. In opinion of the IRBIS analyst, not all banks can restore the short-term liquidity to the beginning of trade, and volume of dollar supply can be large. At the same time parameters of the day closing will provoke market participants to buy dollars.
