The President of Kazakhstan reshape the government's structure

The decrees of the President will be published in an official press tomorrow. The Agency of economic planning at the Ministry of Finance is transformed into the Ministry of Economy. Instead of the Agency of strategic planning and reforms the Agency of strategic planning, , which submits directly to the President of Kazakhstan will be created (financial and economic responsibilities were handed over to the new Ministry of Economy). The Ministry of power, industry and trade will now supervise also atomic engineering and space researches. The earlier existing Ministry of transport, communications and tourism has lost the control above the tourism, which, together with sports was handed over to the separate Agency of tourism and sports. The Ministry of public health services, education, science and high education created in the beginning of 1999, was split into Ministry of education and the Agency of public health services. The Agency of protection of competitiveness and the Agency of natural monopolies activity regulation and small business were merged in one. Last time redistribution of functions and responsibilities in the government were made in January 1999, when after presidential election Nursultan Nazarbaev prolonged a work of the Nurlan Balgimbaev government, which was dismissed of October 1. The new Prime Minister of Kazakhstan f Kasymzhomart Tokaev yesterday was authorized by Parliament.
