On July 31, 2013 Joint Stock Investment Real Estate Fund Velikaya Stena (Kazakhstan) holds special general shareholders meeting

/KASE, July 1, 13/ – JSC "Joint Stock Investment Real Estate Fund Velikaya Stena" (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders starts on July 31, 2013 at 15:00 o'clock, with the following agenda: - approval of the company shareholders' general meeting agenda; - deciding on payment of dividends due for the second quarter of 2013 and approval of dividend size per company common share. The mentioned meeting will be held at: 110e Al-Farabi ave, conference-hall Mint Court, Almaty. Participant registration will start at 14:30 to 15:00 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participating in the mentioned meeting was drawn up as of June 28, 2013. In case of no quorum a repeated shareholders' meeting will be held on August 1, 2013 at the above mentioned address and time.
