/KASE, June 28, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated June 27, 2013, bonds KZP01Y07E497 (KZ2C00002129; KZT1; KZT 7.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon 7.50 % per annum; 30/360) of JSC "RG Brands" (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the second one under the second bond program of JSC "RG Brands" registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 21, 2013 to the total amount of KZT12.0 bn and the seventh issue of "internal" bonds of the said issuer which were admitted to KASE official list. JSC "Centras Securities" (Almaty) is the representative holders of the said bonds. The said bonds have been assigned abbreviation (trading code) RGBRb7.
