Alliance Bank made 13th payment of bonds XS0495755729 (ASBNe10) under recovery notes

/KASE, June 27, 13/ – Alliance Bank (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official letter: quotation JSC “Alliance Bank” is pleased to inform about execution of the thirteenth Recovery Notes Payment on 25 June 2013 in the amount of U.S.$ 5 120 437 or around U.S.$ 5.23 per each Note. The payment was made from the Corporate and SME Pool cash recoveries in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Recovery Notes issue. The payment was distributed pro rata among the Noteholders shown in the Register on the Record date – 24 June 2013. U.S.$ 978 059 Recovery Notes with ISIN code XS0495755729 (Reg S)/ XS0495756024 (Rule 144A) due 2020 were issued on 25 March 2010.
