Due to transfer of Dmitry Zherebyatiev to the insurance holding Centras,
on June 14, 2013 Oleg Khanin was assigned as Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir
Management Board Chairman, who previously took the position of Insurance
Company Kommesk-Omir Management Board Deputy Chairman on Business Development.
Oleg Khanin has 15 year experience on insurance. The professionalism,
managerial skills and wide knowledge in various areas allow him
implementing objectives on strengthening of Insurance Company
Kommesk-Omir on the insurance market.
Oleg Khanin studied at Financial Academy under the Government of Russian
Federation on international program of professional training of specialists
in the area of insurance based on the training materials of Financial Academy,
Royal Institute of Insurance (Great Britain) and National School of Insurance
(France), has the international CAP qualification.
Oleg Khanin started to work at Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir in 1998 and
took the position of accountant-inspector, assistant to the Management
Board Chairman on insurance issues, chief underwriter of Department of
Underwriting and average commissioner, Management Board Deputy Chairman
on finances. He graduated Kazakh State Academy of Management.
