/KASE, June 14, 13/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank),
bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Committee on Regulation and
Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the
National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of June 12, 2013.
According to the document:
- FSC NBK approved the report on bank shares placement results;
- the issue is divided into 19,000,000 common shares;
- the bank shares issue is included to the State register of Serial
Securities under number;
- as of April 1, 2013, 9,404,064 shares of the bank are placed, its
authorized capital is formed in the size of KZT9,404,064,000.
