As of June 3 bonds KZ2C0Y08C584 (KZ2C00001253, KKI_b1) of HOMEBROKER (Kazakhstan) transferred from first into second sub-category of KASE official list's Non-Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, May 31, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of June 3, 2013 bonds KZ2C0Y08C584 (KZ2C00001253, KASE official list, first sub-category of Non-Rated Debt Securities category, KKI_b1; KZT1, KZT4.0 bn; September 7, 2007 – September 7, 2015, floating semi-annual coupon, 12.00 % per annum for the current coupon period, 30/360) of JSC "HOMEBROKER" (Almaty) were transferred from the first into the second sub-category of KASE official list's Non-Rated Debt Securities category. In KASE's May 23, 2013 summary it is noted that based on results of a check of JSC "HOMEBROKER" and its mentioned bonds for compliance with listing requirements set out by Appendix No. 04.2-09/119 to the Order of the Chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On Setting out of requirements for issuers whose securities are supposed to be included or have been included in the list of the special trading platform of the regional financial center of Almaty, as well as for such securities" dated May 8, 2008 for the first sub-category of Non-Rated Dent Securities category, incompliance of the mentioned bonds with the listing requirement for availability of the market-maker was detected. As of April 23, 2013 there was no market-maker for the mentioned market-maker, which is a violation of the listing requirement set out in sub-item 9) item 10 of the mentioned Appendix. Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 2) item 2 article 16 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the said bonds were transferred from the first into the second sub-category on Non-Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list, which does not require market-maker. The mentioned bonds were included in category A of KASE official list as of September 7, 2007, and from September 1, 2008 they were transferred into the first sub-category of Non-Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list.
